What if I order the wrong size?

At SHANNON we offer free resizing within the first 60 days of receiving your ring. If you need to resize your ring, we will send you a complimentary shipping label, resize the ring, and ship it back to you.

Can I return a pre-designed ring?

Because every SHANNON ring is custom made-to-order, we don't offer returns or exchanges.

If your ring doesn't fit, we offer free re-sizing within the first 60 days.

We also provide a complimentary lifetime warranty as well as an optional care plan.
