When David and I entered the jewelry industry, we loved the craftsmanship and meaning behind it. But the longer we spent in it, the more discouraged I became.
More than once, I told David I wasn't sure I wanted to be part of the industry anymore.
The problem was, I still loved helping people.
So instead of walking away, we decided to be the change we wanted to see. We built SHANNON on honesty, kindness, transparency, and trust; and those values continue to guide us today.
