- Ring re-sizing (after the first 60 days of purchase)
- Rhodium plating
- Refinishing and polishing
- Loss of center stones due to defective, worn, bent or broken setting
- Broken, bent or worn down prongs
- Cracked or thinning band or shank
- Replacing cracked or chipped stones

What's the difference between the lifetime warranty, and the optional lifetime care plan?
With SHANNON, every custom ring comes with a free lifetime warranty that covers the ring against any defects in the manufacturing or materials of the ring. This means if something bends or breaks due to lack of quality, we will fix it for free.
When it comes to precious metals and gemstones, wear and tear on your custom ring is very normal and is to be expected over many years of wear. The care plan offers additional peace of mind by covering these needed repairs completely as the need arrives. The cost of each care plan usually pays for itself within one repair.
