David and I entered the jewelry industry because we genuinely loved it. We loved learning about gemstones, craftsmanship, and the incredible skill that goes into creating something people will cherish for a lifetime.

But the longer we spent in the industry, the more discouraged I became.

I met wonderful people, but I also encountered a side of the industry that felt harsh, dishonest, and driven by ego. More than once, I told David I didn't know if I wanted to be part of it anymore.

The problem was, I still loved helping people.

I loved the idea of guiding someone through one of the most meaningful purchases of their life. I loved the stories, the relationships, and the joy that comes with creating a ring that represents a future together.

So instead of walking away, we decided to be the change we wanted to see in the industry.
