How long does a custom ring take?
Most pieces ship within three to four weeks from final approval. Bespoke designs that involve sourcing a specific stone can take six to eight. We'll give you a firm date the day we lock the design.
Lab grown or natural, which should I choose?
Both are real diamonds; the difference is origin. Lab grown lets you go bigger or higher in clarity for the same budget. Natural carries a long market history. We sell both at the same margin, so we have no incentive to push you either direction.
Can I see the ring before I commit?
Yes! Every quote includes a CAD render and an in-wax preview at your option.
What if it doesn't fit?
We resize once for free in the first 30 days and at cost forever after.
