How long until my ring is ready?

Every ring in our Signature Collection is made to order in the USA and carefully crafted for the unique diamond it holds. This attention to detail ensures a beautiful, perfectly balanced ring made just for you. Production typically takes 4–5 weeks. We'll send updates throughout the process and notify you with tracking information as soon as your ring is on its way.

Can I return my ring?

Absolutely. We want you to love your ring. If you decide it's not the one, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the ring for any damage, we'll issue a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Don't worry—we've got you covered. If your ring size isn't quite right, we'll resize it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We also offer optional lifetime care plans, which include complimentary resizing for life, so you can enjoy your ring with confidence for years to come.

Do your rings come with a warranty?

Yes. Every SHANNON ring comes with a complimentary lifetime warranty that protects against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. We also offer optional lifetime care plans that provide additional protection against the normal wear and tear that comes with a lifetime of love.

Can I pay over time?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of payment options, including financing through Affirm, so you can choose the approach that works best for you.
